ERG Law provides guidance on entity formation, agreements among business partners,
and business contracts from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. An initial consultation helps
explain the project, identify existing documents, and evaluate what assistance may
be appropriate. It does not mean the matter has been accepted or guarantee a
particular structure or outcome.
When might a consultation be useful?
You can request guidance before organizing a business, bringing in a partner,
documenting operating arrangements, or reviewing a business contract. For an
existing business, explain how decisions are made and which agreement or document
needs review. A specific question helps define the consultation: what obligations
does a contract contain, which decisions should be documented, or what information
is missing to evaluate a proposal?
What to organize
- Formation documents and current agreements, if available.
- Names of entities and involved parties for conflict review.
- Drafts, signed versions, and relevant communications about the contract.
- A short business description, its participants, and the pending decision.
- Questions about responsibilities, participation, or how the agreement operates.
Separate current documents from drafts. Identify any response date proposed by
another party without assuming it is a legal deadline. Do not send confidential
information, identification numbers, or sensitive documents through the public
form; first ask about the appropriate channel.
Next step
Request a consultation and describe generally whether you need guidance on an
entity, a partnership agreement, or a contract. The firm will evaluate conflicts,
scope, and terms before formal representation. Review the published team profiles
and directions to the Kennedy Avenue main office or the Victoria Avenue branch
operating under JDE signage.
